Although Cave B Estate Winery does not own nor manage any accommodations, we are surrounded by many beautiful places to stay within a few minutes walking distance from our vineyards and Quincy tasting room. We love having guests stay on the greater property as there is no better way to have the peace and beauty soak into your soul. Pair that with some Cave B wine and you have a match made in heaven.

Vince & Carol Bryan purchased the property that now is home to the Cave B Vineyards & Winery in 1979 to grow wine grapes. In 2005, Cave B they opened the doors to what was the Cave B Resort & Spa. After 12 years of ownership they SOLD the resort (accommodations, restaurant & spa) in 2017 but retained the winery and all the vineyards and open land.  

In December 2020 the Yi’s, who they had sold it to, sold the resort again to a private ownership group who renamed the resort, Sagecliffe Resort and Spa. Vince Coluccio (yes, another Vince) is the CEO of the resort.

The Bryan family retained the Cave B Vineyards, Cave B Estate Winery, Stage B Amphitheater, our beautiful Piazza, Willow pond and much of the open lands that surround the vineyards.

After selling the resort in 2017 the Bryans started the process of building forty-four 1-bedroom condos (sleeps 4) and sold land to the builder for even more 2 bedroom Lake houses (sleeps 6-8). These were sold to private families and many of them rent them out through Airbnb, VRBO or K Rose Hospitality (www.cavebridge.com) & some our managed by Sagecliffe Resort & Spa. 

In 2025  10YURT LLC launched their 10 yurts in a shady grove of trees, just on the other side of the fence from the Live Nation Oasis campground. The yurts have 2 queen beds, a skylight, table & chairs, rugs, air conditioner…they are fun and they are within eye site of the tasting room!! Great for groups or couples too.  BOOK YOUR YURT STAY
