In 2005, Cave B Founders Vince & Carol Bryan opened the doors to the Cave B Resort & Spa. After 12 years, in 2017,  they SOLD the resort (accommodations, restaurant & spa).  In December 2020 the Yi’s sold their holdings to private ownership who renamed the resort, Sagecliffe Resort and Spa.

The Bryans retained the Cave B Vineyards, Cave B Estate Winery, Stage B Amphitheater, our beautiful Piazza, Willow pond and much of the open lands that surround the vineyards. Cave B Estate Winery & the Sagecliffe Resort & Spa have no management nor ownership affiliation anymore besides a shared driveway and a shared history. 

After selling the resort the Bryans started the process of building 40 1-bedroom condos (sleeps 4) and sold land to the builder for even more 2 bedroom Lake houses (sleeps 6-8). Cave B does not own any of these, as they are owned by private families. Most people rent them out through Airbnb, VRBO or K Rose Hospitatlity. They are very nice and just a short walk away, through the vineyards, from the winery. For helping guests understand their location they are called the Cave B Ridge Condos and the Gorge Lake Houses.
